You want to control the budget tightly — parks can flex from a scrappy off-season trip to a full-blown Grand Floridian splurge, though costs add up à la carte between tickets, hotel, and every individual meal
You're a first-timer and want the most iconic, most photographed, most this is what Disney is experience
Think of it like: a choose-your-own-adventure book. You're driving the whole thing, which is either exactly what you want or slightly exhausting depending on your personality.

This is your trip if:
You're touring with a range of ages and want something that genuinely works for everyone, from toddlers to grandparents
You want the "unpack once" version of a vacation — no packing up and moving hotels
You'd rather trade heavy pre-planning for ease — dining is pre-arranged through rotational dining, and most days are as scheduled or spontaneous as you want them to be
You like the idea of new destinations (Caribbean, Alaska, the Bahamas, even transatlantic sailings to Europe) without doing your own logistics
You like knowing more is included upfront — main meals, room service, and entertainment are baked into the fare, so the big unknowns are really just extras like port excursions
You want a built-in adults-only pocket of the trip (hello, Rainforest cove and adults-only dining) alongside the family stuff
Think of it like: the family reunion vacation. Everyone's on the same boat — sometimes literally — but there's enough going on that a toddler and a teenager and their grandparents can all find their own version of a good time, then meet up for dinner.
